    Note: Any manufacturer (or exhibitor) booth carpet left behind at showsite will be discarded by GES and carpet companies supplying the carpet will be invoiced for forklift and labor fees, and possible dumpster rental fees at a minimum of one hour. Please coordinate this with GES in advance.

Important Dates and Deadlines

All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM & Holidays.

No Return to Warehouse:
Please note that Freight Return to Warehouse Services are not offered. All freight must be picked up at the conclusion of the show by your chosen carrier. If your carrier does not show up, your freight will be re-routed. Once your freight is re-routed, it will be billed to your order confirmation.

Please Note: Shipments not arriving on the above designated time frame, on a holiday, or on overtime will incur additional charges.
