Important Dates and Deadlines

While the facility is open for work around the clock if needed, the unloading and loading docks are open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. If service is needed outside these times, please go to the GES service desk location for assistance. In advance, call 630-339-7373.

Please take notice - In the event move in or move out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply. Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Trucks signing in after 2:00 PM may be charged at the overtime rate.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, June 8, 2021 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Wednesday, July 7, 2021 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.
