Exhibit Construction Guidelines

When a booth design exceeds 12 feet in height, the Exhibitor is to provide ISSA with a scaled drawing indicating all dimensions, concept and construction, for approval by ISSA and/or the exhibit Facility. If your booth configuration requires approval, please submit your drawing with complete specifications to ISSA no later than August 1, 2012.

Advance approval is required for:

• Hanging Signs/Banners/Truss
• Booth designs exceeding 12 feet in height
• Double Deck and/or Covered Exhibits

Note: An island exhibit of 1,200 sq. ft. or larger will be permitted up to a maximum height of 30ft. Islands of 1,199 sq. ft. or smaller, split-islands, and peninsula exhibits will be permitted up to a maximum height of 22 ft.
