Graphics Submission Order Instructions

Booth graphic submission instructions for graphic locations provided With the booth - see booth drawings

BOOTH ARTWORK

Each booth includes graphic panels.
Each exhibitor is required to submit an acceptable format of artwork/graphics for these graphic panels.
The deadline to submit all production ready artwork to GES is May 18, 2012.

All artwork submitted must be in production-ready format.

ACCEPTABLE FILES FOR YOUR SIGNAGE

If you have questions about acceptable media files for your graphics/images, please see the Digital File Preparation Form (form I-2) in the service manual.
Please be sure to read this information carefully for guidance on the type of files that can be downloaded to GES for the graphic panels which are included with your booth, as well as for additional custom/graphics. The form provides specifics about accepted media, optimal file types and resolutions, acceptable software, page and artwork dimensions, color specifications & proofs, and typefaces/fonts. When your artwork is complete, upload your file(s) below.
