Welcome Exhibitors,

In compliance with the directives of the Chicago Fire Prevention Bureau, please be aware that equipment, products, materials, or containers of any kind may not under any circumstances be stored under any tables, behind any drape, or behind any booth displays. You may keep a one days supply of your product or materials on display in the open area of your booth space.

Any items stored behind a booth display or drape will be subject to removal and placed in an off-site storage facility. These items will be returned to you at the close of the show.

If any booth is found not to be in compliance the Fire Marshal reserves the right to close down that booth. Those exhibitors not in compliance would still be responsible for any services rendered. Vehicle must have a lock on gas tank, not more then an 1/8 of gas the battery must be un-hooked by the hotel electrician and the keys give to Hilton Security Department.

*All tents must be Fire Retardant and Porous.
