IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Washington State Convention Center absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at c/o GES 4060 Lind Avenue SW Renton, WA  98057


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:9/22/2017
Friday, September 22, 2017 - Tuesday, October 24, 2017


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Saturday, October 28, 20174:00 PM To 6:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
Saturday, October 28, 20175:00 PM 

Facility must be cleared by:
Saturday, October 28, 20176:00 PM
