Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Traditional Freight:  Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and holidays.

  • Small Package:  Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and Holidays. (Includes UPS, FedEx, Amazon and DHL)

Maximum piece size is 104"H x 96"W x 96"L x 3,000 lbs.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Please note: Shipments arriving before Wednesday, August 18, 2021 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Friday, September 10, 2021 may incur an additional charge. Please refer to the Material Handling/Drayage Services page for more information.

Please note that the GES New Orleans office does not offer Freight Return to Warehouse Services. All freight must be picked up at the conclusion of the show by your chosen carrier. If your carrier does not show up, your freight will be re-routed. Once your freight is re-routed, it will be billed to your order confirmation.

Please note: Shipments not arriving on the above designated time frame, on a holiday, or on overtime will incur additional charges.
