Please Note for the Theater Package: Ernest N. Morial Convention Center will now provide the platform/staging for these packages.
Additional stages will be billed onsite labor to remove or change staging at $20.00 per hour x the amount of people it would take to rearrange the staging.
Exhibitor who do not submit their floor plan and electrical layout by Thursday, August 5, 2021 will be charged the full cost of the stage. Orders submitted after the deadline will be billed a $20.00 labor charge per stage piece.

Please Note: The Facility is Not Carpeted.

Exhibitors who arrive Off Target will be subject to a $50.00 fee. Target Change ( Variance ) Request must be submitted to GES for review by Thursday, August 5, 2021. Please see the Target Move-In for your move-in/out schedule.

Please Note: No orders will be accepted for Optional Drape after Thursday, August 5, 2021. All on-site requests for Optional Drape will be billable. All colors outside of "Blue" package colors for Optional Drape are billable. All colors outside of "Blue" package colors for Optional Drape are billable.
