Shipping Perishable Product to the Show
- GES is offering an incentive rate of $44.50 per cwt (a 25% discount off the published rate – based on Straight Time) on all produce shipments sent with a separate weight certificate. In order to take advantage of this incentive rate, the exhibitor must provide a separate weight certificate for produce vs. booth material shipments. If produce shipment arrives as a second separate shipment from booth materials, the 25% incentive will apply.
- No produce or floral material will be received at the warehouse. All deliveries must be made to the GES Cold Storage Warehouse.
Delivery of refrigerated product must be made c/o GES at the hall and will be accepted beginning Monday, October 24, 2022 at 8:00 AM. Your company name and booth number must be clearly marked on each container; each shipment must be manifested on a bill of lading or receipt indicating number of pieces, cubic feet, and total weight. We highly recommend you use the Color-Coded Refrigerated Storage Delivery Labels provided. Important Note: Exhibitors should not ship refrigerated or frozen product, or booth display materials on the same pallet!
