For packages shipped that weigh under 50 lbs., we are offering a small package rate. The cost is $27.30 per piece delivered to your booth, additional carton $21.78, that is delivered to your booth.

All deliveries are C.O.D. unless GES has an advance drayage payment or credit card on file.

If you want to pick up your package at the GES office, mark each package "HOLD AT GES OFFICE FOR EXHIBITOR PICK-UP" This applies to show site deliveries only.

The charge for receiving and holding your freight shipment is $14.27 per piece. This price applies to every item under 50 lbs., whether it is an overnight envelope weighing 1 lb. or a box weighing 50 lbs. If "HOLD" is not indicated,packages will automatically be delivered to your booth at the rate above.

Packages that are marked "HOLD" may be picked up at the GES office after 12:30 PM each day until 5:00 PM.

All UPS, FedEx and common carrier deliveries arriving during the convention by 11:00 AM in the morning will begin delivery after 1:00 PM.
