IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT

Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.


Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at UPS Freight c/o Clover Systems 1910 NW 97th Avenue Miami, FL  33172


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
Monday, May 21, 2018 - Tuesday, June 19, 2018
Warehouse will be closed Monday, May 28, 2018 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
