IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Gaylord Palms Convention Center absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7945 Mandarin Drive Orlando, FL  32819


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:6/23/2020
Tuesday, June 23, 2020 - Wednesday, July 22, 2020


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Tuesday, July 28, 20202:30 PM To 5:30 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
