IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7945 Mandarin Drive Orlando, FL  32819


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:1/23/2018
Tuesday, January 23, 2018 - Thursday, February 22, 2018


Wednesday, February 21, 2018 

Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 7945 Mandarin Drive Orlando, FL  32819 starting:

Friday, March 2, 20188:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Friday, March 2, 20184:30 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
