IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Trump National Doral Miami absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at UPS Freight c/o Clover Systems 1910 NW 97th Avenue Miami, FL  33172

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
Friday, December 8, 2017 - Monday, January 8, 2018
Warehouse will be closed Monday, December 25, Tuesday, December 26, 2017 and Monday, January 1, 2018 in observance of the holidays.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Sunday, January 14, 20182:00 PM To 5:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
