Show Move-In Timeline:

  • Aisle carpet will begin at 6:00 PM on Friday, February 10th in Halls C1-C3.
  • All booths are required to be completely set by 6:00 PM on Friday, February 10th.
  • Final booth check will take place from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM on Friday, February 10th.
  • Exhibitors who arrive OFf Target will be subject to a $50.00 fee. Target Variance Request must be submitted to GES for review by Friday, January 27, 2017. Please see Target Move-In and Freight Information

Move-Out Timeline:

  • Aisle carpet will be rolled up starting at 5:00pm in Halls C1-C3 on Monday, February 13th to prepare for empty return and Cartload/POV Services.
  • Cartload/ POV drivers should report to their booth spaces by 6:00pm. Cartload will begin Halls C4 on Monday, February 13th.
    Please acquire your loading passes at the GEServicenter to prepare for move-out.
  • All exhibitors may begin dismantle at 5:00pm in all Halls C1-C3 Monday, February 13th.
  • Exhibitor move-out will continue Tuesday, February 14th from 8:00am -12:00pm (Noon). All carriers must be checked into the marshaling yard by 8:00am February 14, 2017.
