Important Freight Information - No Warehouse Pickup

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

Inbound Freight

Inbound freight can be delivered to the Advanced Warehouse (Preferred) or to showsite.

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Wednesday, February 15, 2023 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Thursday, March 16, 2023 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.
