• All rigging plans need to be reviewed and approved by GES.
• Plans with combined loads of more than 200 lbs. will be reviewed at $255.75 on or prior to the discount deadline date.
• Final plans reviewed after the deadline date will be billed per the schedule below.
• A DWG drawing with load path calculations / load distribution must be submitted to GES for GES to provide the facility with approval 30 days before show move-in. GES is available to provide this service at the prevailing labor rates.

Rigging Plan Discount Deadline Date: Thursday, January 29, 2026

Plan or plan revisions received:
January 30 - February 5: $616.00 per booth space.
February 6 - February 12: $909.25 per booth space.
February 13 - February 19: $1,477.75 per booth space.
February 20 thru Show: $2,273.50 per booth space.
Additional fees may be incurred for any Onsite Facility Rigging Inspections.

Plans revised on site will be charged $2,273.50 plus the show site hourly rate for the GES Production Rigger to evaluate load to ceiling and redesign, if necessary.

Plans must be sent via Email for review.
