What's Included in the Standard Booth

    Please Note: The Facility is Not Carpeted & Carpet is Mandatory for this show.

    This is a target schedule move-in and move-out event. Refer to target maps for your specific dates/times assigned. Freight movement begins at 8:00 AM.

    Please Note: Off-target freight and equipment may be refused and/or rescheduled. Off Target Surcharge: 25% ($30 minimum) will apply to ALL shipments arriving/departing OFF TARGET. Please refer to Target Schedule.

    2023 Clean Floor Policy - Exhibitors occupying 500 sq. ft. or higher must have all of their empty crates tagged with the appropriate empty labels by Sun. Jan. 22, 2023 at 4:30 PM, if not a $50.00 per crate surcharge will apply (job dollies excluded).

Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move in or move out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Trucks signing in after 2:00 PM may be charged at the overtime rate.

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
