    Please Note: Off-target freight and equipment may be refused and/or rescheduled. Off Target Surcharge: 25% ($30 minimum) will apply to ALL shipments arriving/departing OFF TARGET. Please refer to Target Schedule.

    2020 Clean Floor Policy - Exhibitors occupying 500 sq. ft. or higher must have all of their empty crates tagged with the appropriate empty labels by Sunday, January 26, 2020 at 4:30 PM, if not a $25.00 per crate surcharge will apply (job dollies excluded).

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
