    All hanging sign orders and layouts are due to GES by February 18th. Any requests received after this time may be subject to additional charges.


    Ballrooms and Foyers are carpeted, all other show areas are NOT carpeted. Floor covering is Mandatory in Exhibit Hall and World's Fair Expo Center.

*All inbound carriers must check in by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Wednesday, February 6, 2019 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Thursday, March 7, 2019 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.
