The following tips will help you understand and use these floor plans and and freight target program:

Inbound

• The Marshaling Yard will open at 5:00 AM during the inbound. Carriers need to be checked in by 2:30 PM.
• To determine your assigned target date and time please locate your booth number on the color-coded target floorplan in the shipping section of the service manual. Match the the color to the key legend for the assigned move in date and time.
• The target move-in schedule is for machinery and display materials only and notes the time your carrier/truck is to check in at the Marshaling Yard to be placed in line to be unloaded at the show facility. The schedule does not indicate when your carrier/truck will be unloaded. Please note - This is a lengthy process that could take several hours.
• Freight sent in advance to the GES warehouse will be delivered to show site on or before your scheduled target time.
• Certified Weight Certificates will be required. Separate weights for Display Materials and Machinery Equipment are required.
• Please schedule labor the day after your target date. Refer to target plan for move in date.
• If materials are not properly identified they will be classified as Display Material.

Outbound

• If the carrier's name listed on the outbound material handling agreement does not match the name of the carrier that checks in to pick up your company's freight, it will not be released.
• The Marshaling Yard will open at 5:00 AM on the outbound. Carriers need to be checked in by 2:30 PM.
• To determine your assigned target date and time, please locate your booth number on the color-coded target floor plan in the shipping section of the service manual. Match the color to the key legend for the assigned move in date and time.
• Target move out schedule is for machinery and display materials only and notes the time your carrier/truck is to check in at the Marshaling Yard to be placed in line to be loaded at the show facility. The schedule does not indicate when your carrier/truck will be loaded. Please note, this is a lengthy process that could take several hours.
• Target dates apply to all machinery and display.
• Please label all outbound materials correctly.
• Please make sure you indicate multiple shipments on the Outbound Material Handling Form if you have more than one destination.
