IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Omni Dallas Hotel, absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at Dallas Cedar Hill 1400 S J Elmer Weaver Freeway Ste 400, Dock 37 Cedar Hill, TX  75104.

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
Wednesday, April 1, 2026 - Thursday, April 30, 2026


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at Dallas Cedar Hill 1400 S J Elmer Weaver Freeway Ste 400, Dock 37 Cedar Hill, TX  75104 starting:

Friday, May 8, 20268:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Monday, May 11, 20264:00 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

If freight is delivered to the Advance Warehouse within the posted date range or on-target, it is billed at the Standard Rate. If freight is delivered to the Advance Warehouse outside the posted date range or off-target, it is billed at the Non-Standard Rate.
