Important Information

• Please send Refrigerated/Frozen shipments to the direct/showsite address.
• Please ensure you schedule your deliveries when ordering labor below as this is not an automatic process.
• Reminder: Confirm storage deliveries the previous day prior to 2:30 PM at the GES Exhibitor Success Central labor desk.
• 8:00 AM is the latest request time in order to ensure timely delivery.
• New orders placed onsite are subject to schedule.
• You will be billed for each delivery scheduled.
• Cold Storage labor will be required to move your product from the GES refrigerated and freezer trailers to your booth. Cold Storage labor will be required to move your product from your booth to the GES refrigerated and freezer trailers.
• Please order deliveries from storage as needed. If a forklift is required for delivery please order separately.
• If you require Cold Storage labor, a crew will be assigned consisting of (1) one forklift or cart with operator and (1) additional laborer.
• Please do not send ANY Refrigerated/Frozen shipments to the advance warehouse. They are only accepted at show site on (DATE TBD) after 8:00 AM - (DATE TBD) by 4:00 PM.
