WAS to AALSO Caravan Service Request

GES is offering a caravan from WAS in San Antonio, Texas (February 19-21) to AALSO in Pittsburgh, PA (March 3-6). This service will ensure delivery to AALSO to deliver on March 3rd. GES will have a dedicated representative at both events to ensure a smooth process.

  • Each participating exhibitor must sign up for service by February 21, 2024 using this form. This must be done prior to 11am February 21, 2024.

  • It is important to book your space so GES can ensure delivery by the planned delivery date.

  • Your shipment must be packed and labeled with a GES Material Handling form turned into the GES Service Desk no later than 5pm February 21st.
