Badges

  • Exhibitors will receive 2 free exhibitor badges per 100 sqft of exhibition space.
  • If exhibitors need additional badges in excess of their allotment, the cost is $300/badge. Further information on how to purchase additional badges will be provided with your registration information.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM & Holidays.
