Important Outbound Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 1415 N Cockrell Hill Road, Suite 300, Dock 29 Dallas, TX  75211

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:10/3/2017
Tuesday, October 3, 2017 - Wednesday, November 1, 2017

Warehouse will be closed Monday, September 4, 2017 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 1415 N Cockrell Hill Road, Suite 300, Dock 29 Dallas, TX  75211 starting

Wednesday, November 15, 20178:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Friday, November 17, 20174:30 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
