Important Shipping Information for Exhibit Freight

No Inbound Shipping to Show Site Notification:

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. The Hyatt Regency Dallas does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Hyatt Regency Dallas will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Hyatt Regency Dallas for any items sent directly to the venue. For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit site address.

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.

Please Note: Shipments arriving before Thursday, October 12, 2017 will incur a storage fee, and shipments arriving after Friday, November 10, 2017 will incur a Late to Warehouse Fee.
