Important Outbound Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Hyatt Regency Dallas - Marsalis Hall absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 1415 N Cockrell Hill Road, Suite 300, Dock 29 Dallas, TX  75211

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
Friday, September 1, 2017 - Monday, October 2, 2017
Warehouse will be closed Monday, September 4, 2017 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Friday, October 6, 20173:00 PM To 6:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
