IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the JW Marriott Austin absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at YRC 9018 Tuscany Way Austin, TX  78754

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:
Tuesday, September 11, 2018 - Wednesday, October 10, 2018


Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM



The GES Advance Warehouse will be CLOSED Monday, May 29th in observance of Memorial Day.


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Tuesday, October 16, 20187:00 AM To 10:00 AM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
Tuesday, October 16, 20189:00 AM
