Wed., Sep. 25,2013    Last day for Advance Shipments to arrive. Advance Warehouse Hours for receiving are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM The warehouse will be closed Mon., Sep. 2, 2013. Carriers must check in by 2:00 PM to ensure straight time handling rates. See the Material Handling section for more details.

Thu., Sep. 26, 2013     Direct Shipments - 9th and 12th Floor Showrooms and Assigned Booths ONLY
Fri., Sep. 27, 2013       Direct Shipments - Assigned 12th Floor and 13th Floor Exhibitors ONLY
Mon., Sep. 30, 2013    Last day for Direct Shipments to arrive at the Exhibit Site until 5:00 PM

PLEASE NOTE! THERE IS NO EAC OR EXHIBITOR ACCESS TO THE SHOW FLOOR BEFORE 8:00 AM FRI., SEP. 27, 2013.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.
