Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Town and Country Resort absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at HTS 2321 Siempre Viva Ct Suite 103 San Diego, CA  92154


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:12/13/2022
Tuesday, December 13, 2022 - Thursday, January 12, 2023


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Tuesday, January 17, 20233:00 PM To 8:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
Tuesday, January 17, 202312:00 PM
