IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Town and Country Resort and Convention Center absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 491 C Street Chula Vista, CA  91910


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:2/11/2020
Tuesday, February 11, 2020 - Wednesday, March 11, 2020


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Wednesday, March 18, 20204:00 PM To 8:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
Wednesday, March 18, 20204:00 PM 

Facility must be cleared by:
Wednesday, March 18, 20208:00 PM
