Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 491 C Street Chula Vista, CA  91910


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:10/29/2019
Tuesday, October 29, 2019 - Wednesday, November 27, 2019


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Tuesday, December 3, 20197:00 PM To 10:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
