Important Outbound Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Town and Country Resort and Convention Center absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 491 C Street Chula Vista, CA  91910

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:8/14/2018
Tuesday, August 14, 2018 - Wednesday, September 12, 2018

Warehouse will be closed Monday, September 3, 2018 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 491 C Street Chula Vista, CA  91910 starting

Thursday, September 20, 20188:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Thursday, September 20, 20182:30 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
