IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the The Park Central Hotel San Francisco absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.


Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at YRC 499 Valley Drive Brisbane, CA  94005


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:5/14/2019
Tuesday, May 14, 2019 - Wednesday, June 12, 2019

Warehouse will be closed Monday, May 27, 2019 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.

Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at YRC 499 Valley Drive Brisbane, CA  94005 starting

Friday, June 21, 20198:00 AM 

Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than:
Tuesday, June 25, 20193:00 PM 
 or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
