Important Dates and Deadlines

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.

Exhibitor Move-in
Mon. Jun. 8, 20152:00 PM To 6:00 PMStand by labor would be available for deliveries on the show days. Please take notice – portions of this event moves in/moves out on overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.
