Important Outbound Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING OUTBOUND FREIGHT

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at YRC, 201 Haskins Way, South San Francisco, CA 94080, starting September 18, 2015 until October 13, 2015.

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at
YRC, 201 Haskins Way, South San Francisco, CA 94080, starting October 22, 2015 at 8:00 AM.

ALL SHIPMENTS MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN
October 28, 2015 by 3:00 PM
OR THEY WILL BE RE-ROUTED VIA GES LOGISTICS.

Warehouse Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a 30% ($50.00 minimum) late arrival surcharge will apply. This surcharge is in addition to the Advance Freight Handling Rates.
