    Exhibitors 399 sq ft or less will receive a default package with the items included above. (Per 10x10) Exhibitors 400 sq ft and larger are required to complete the booth package questionnaire, indicated above.

    Please Note: Event Takes Place on Exhibitor Floor Level 100 and Facility is Carpeted.
    Carpet is NOT Mandatory.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move in or move out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.
