    Exhibitors 399 sq ft or less will receive a default package with the items included above. (Items are multiplied by booth sq ft.) Exhibitors 400 sq ft and larger are required to complete the booth package questionnaire, indicated above.

    Please Note: Event Takes Place on Exhibitor Floor Level 100 and Facility is Carpeted.
    Carpet is NOT Mandatory.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move in or move out is during overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

No Return to Warehouse at Close of Show Notification:
All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at showsite, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.
