Booth Equipment

• Please refer to contract for booth size.
• Inline/Corner booths will be set with 8' high Natural Muslin back drape and 3' high Natural Muslin side dividers.

All booths REQUIRE carpet/flooring and must cover your entire booth space. Exception: Gray Carpet will be provided for 5 x 10 booths.

NOTE: ORDERS PLACED ON-SITE WITHIN 90 MINUTES OF SHOW OPENING WILL BE DELIVERED AFTER THE SHOW OPENS

• Level 3 booths are required to ship to the advance warehouse location (Move In)
• NO EARLY SHIPMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED at the advance warehouse location
• This event moves in and out on overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply
  • Straight Time: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
• All refrigerated/frozen storage is to be shipped direct to show site only. Do not ship these items to the advanced warehouse.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Important Dates and Deadlines:

• Thu. Feb. 9, 2023: Advance shipments may begin arriving at warehouse* 8:00 AM
• Tue. Feb. 14, 2023: Discount Deadline Date for Orders Received with Payment
• Thu. Mar. 2, 2023: Last day for Advance Shipments to arrive at Warehouse without surcharges* 4:30 PM

NO Return to Warehouse at Close of Show. All exhibit materials will need to be shipped out direct from show site. If you use a carrier other than the official show carrier and they fail to pick up your shipment at show site, your shipment will be re-routed to the destination on Bill of Lading.
