Please take notice - This event moves in on overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply. Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM; Closed 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM & Holidays.

Please note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, February 13, 2018 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Wednesday, March 14, 2018 may incur an additional charge. Please refer to the Material Handling/Drayage Services page for more information.

Direct to show site shipments will not be accepted at the Ontario Convention Center:

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the Ontario Convention Center. The Ontario Convention Center does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the Ontario Convention Center will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the Ontario Convention Center for any items sent directly to the venue. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment not received within the deadlines.

In addition, carriers must be directed to pick up outbound shipments at the GES warehouse. Shipments that are loaded at the facility will be charged a 30% surcharge.
