Electrical Equipment Rental


Please review important information:
Electrical Layout

Order your outlet(s) for each area in your booth requiring power, 10amp minimum required. Be sure to submit your Electrical Layout that designates a main drop location (mdl). There must be an MDL provided for all Island booths.

Electricity will be turned on Saturday, February 5, 2022, at 10:00 AM and will be turned off Friday, February 11, 2022, at 7:00 AM.

Exhibitors are not permitted to use power unless ordered. Exhibitors found using outlets without an order will be subject to regular rate for outlets used. Sharing power or plugging into facility outlets is strictly prohibited.

In order to receive the discounted rates, please ensure all of the following have been sent to GES by the discount deadline date:
  1. Booth Layout
  2. Electrical Order
  3. Electrical Labor Order (if power distribution required)

Discount Deadline is November 15, 2021
All orders received after November 15, 2021, will be charged regular price.

Cancellation Policy: Items cancelled will be charged 50% or original price after electrical move-in begins and 100% of original after installation.
