Hilton Venue Rules and Regulations

  • No Trucks will be permitted to park on “Hotel Way.” Trucks must not be left unattended.
  • All move in/out must take place through the loading dock. Move in/out is not permitted through the main lobby entrance.
  • All equipment must be moved into the meeting rooms/ballrooms through the service corridors, not the lobby areas. Only use of the freight elevators or service elevators is permitted for move in/out. Do not use guest elevators for move in/out.
  • No forklifts, electric carts, or devices with metal wheels will be allowed. Service corridors must be used for move in only and not for storage. All exhibit materials, empty crates, boxes, etc. must be removed prior to walkthrough with your Event Manager.
  • Mats need to secure any cords that cross any exit doors.
  • No items may be pinned, taped, or affixed to doors, walls, or ceilings.
  • The use of duct tape to secure wire/cables is not allowed. Please use low tack clear tape or low tack gaffer’s tape.
  • Only ¼” marking tape with extremely low adhesive quality may be used. All booths in the Hilton must follow inline booth rules and regulations regardless of location within the Ballroom.
