What's Included in the Standard Booth

  • Backwall Drape: Black
    Sidewall Drape: Black
    1 - 11" x 17" Booth ID Sign
    Booth Carpet Color: Gray
    Aisle Carpet Color: Pepper

    Booth includes two all-access event registrations, a booth with pipe and drape back (8" tall) and side (3"side) walls, standard carpet and booth signage. One additional all-access event registration is included with each additional 100 square feet.

    *If exhibitor prefers an alternate color than what is already included (gray) in booth space - the exhibitor must order and pay directly through to GES as floor covering is mandatory.

     

    JPMA is excited to welcome our exhibitors to the Anaheim Convention Center for the inaugural JPMA Baby Show 2017. Along with education and keynotes sessions, industry resources and events, we are happy to have partnered with GES for all Exhibitor related information and questions. Below, please read thru all relevant information pertaining to your booth and additional show needs. If you have any questions please contact GES Customer Service or use the chat function.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - In the event move in or move out is during overtime,
all applicable surcharges will apply.
Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

*All inbound carriers must check into the advance warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM; Closed 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM & Holidays.

Please refer to the GES Warehouse Closure Calendar for official closure dates.
