Important Outbound Freight Information

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT



Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the JW Marriott Hotel - Los Angeles / L.A. Live absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 5560 Katella Ave. Cypress, CA  90630

Shipments should arrive on or between business days:12/14/2016
Wednesday, December 14, 2016 - Thursday, January 12, 2017

Warehouse will be closed Friday, December 23 and Monday, December 26, 2016, and January 2, 2017 in observance of the Holiday.


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 5560 Katella Ave. Cypress, CA  90630 starting
Shipments MUST be picked up NO LATER than: or they will be re-routed via GES Logistics.

Advance Warehouse Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
