IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facilty.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 5560 Katella Ave, Cypress, CA 90630, starting August 28, 2015 until September 28, 2015.

The GES Advance Warehouse will be CLOSED Monday, Sept. 7 in observance of Labor Day.

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up all shipments at 5560 Katella Ave, Cypress, CA 90630, starting October 7, 2015 at 8:00 AM.

ALL SHIPMENTS MUST BE PICKED UP NO LATER THAN
October 9, 2015 by 3:30 PM
OR THEY WILL BE RE-ROUTED VIA GES LOGISTICS.

Warehouse Hours of Operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
