Important Dates and Deadlines

Please take notice - This event moves in and out on overtime, all applicable surcharges will apply. Straight Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Trucks signing in at the warehouse after 2:00 PM may be charged at the overtime rate.

*All inbound carriers must check into the warehouse by 2:00 PM to be guaranteed same day unloading. Loading docks become busy and cannot always accommodate late afternoon arrivals due to heavy congestion.

Warehouse receiving hours are:
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Closed 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM & Holidays.

Please note: Shipments arriving before Tuesday, January 21, 2020 will incur a storage fee. Shipments arriving after Wednesday, February 19, 2020 may incur an additional charge. Please refer to the Material Handling/Drayage Services page for more information.

No Direct Shipments will be accepted at The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch

All exhibit materials must be sent in advance to the GES warehouse. Direct to exhibit site shipments will not be accepted at the The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch. The The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch does not have the capabilities to receive nor does it have adequate storage space for Exhibitor materials. Any materials shipped to the The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch will be consigned to GES and the exhibiting company will be billed the appropriate material handling charges by GES. Exhibitors may also be billed an additional receiving charge by the The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch for any items sent directly to the venue. For shipments inadvertently delivered directly to the facility, a late arrival surcharge will apply to each shipment not received within the deadlines.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: Post show pickup of exhibitor materials is allowed at the The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch.
