IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Renaissance Glendale Hotel and Spa absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 1740 South 40th Avenue Phoenix, AZ  85009


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:3/22/2018
Thursday, March 22, 2018 - Friday, April 20, 2018


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Friday, April 27, 201812:30 PM To 3:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
Friday, April 27, 20183:00 PM
