IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Marriott Resort - Tempe / The Buttes absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 1740 South 40th Avenue Phoenix, AZ  85009


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:12/20/2017
Wednesday, December 20, 2017 - Thursday, January 18, 2018


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Thursday, January 25, 20184:30 PM To 6:30 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
