IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FREIGHT


Inbound Freight

Due to tight security and lack of adequate storage space at the Westin Kierland Resort and Spa absolutely NO Direct Shipments are permitted to this facility.

Please make arrangements with your carrier to deliver all shipments to the GES Advanced Receiving Warehouse at 1740 South 40th Avenue Phoenix, AZ  85009


Shipments should arrive on or between business days:2/16/2018
Friday, February 16, 2018 - Monday, March 19, 2018


Outbound Freight

For Outbound shipments, carriers must pick up freight from the Exhibit Site address:

On the scheduled dismantle date(s):
Friday, March 23, 201812:00 PM To 2:00 PM 

Carriers must be checked in by:
Friday, March 23, 20181:30 PM 

Facility must be cleared by:
Friday, March 23, 20182:00 PM
